Named after its quiet setting, Hushed Sands is a small beach that hugs the coast of Lake Tropic. It got its name from of the lack of wildlife that lives there. It's quite a desolate place, nature typically preferring to seek refuge under the protection of the dense canopy of the Canora Woods. That said, it proves to be a popular place for the Canora species to visit. It lies on the southern part of the island, just beneath the woods. The landscape gradually thins out to just shrubs and rocks, leaving the trees behind, and slopes down into the glistening water.

To the west you will see the Crushskull Mountains bordering the lake. These vastly high and steep cliffs are impossible to climb from this angle, but do provide a visually pleasing landscape. The water is separated from the sea here, making it still and warm almost all year round, and provide the perfect bathing and fishing place for Canora.
