The Valley of Whispers; named superstitiously as the eerily silent, undisturbed path joining the peaceful Plains of Demur and the feared Wastelands. It is a single narrow walkway that is overloomed by vertical cliffs, casting shadows and clouds of mist over any who dare traverse it. The deeper you go, the more devoid of life the landscape seems to be - grass quickly shrivels, shrubs are scarce, and the dirt begins to crack with dehydration. All of which are typical signs of what is waiting to welcome you at the other end: the Wastelands.

Mythologically, it is said that any Canora who wanders this path may never return, for it is a one-way road to a life of isolation. Therefore any right-minded Canora knows to steer clear from this place.
